Mobile Samsat services available Tuesday across 14 Jadetabek locations

The Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya is providing mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap) services across 14 locations in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Tuesday to make it easier for the public to pay their annual vehicle tax (PKB). The service locations and times are as follows: Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; North Jakarta at the Samsat car park and the Italy Mall Artha Gading car park from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; South Jakarta at the Samsat car park and in front of TMP Kalibata from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB; East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Pasar Induk Kramat Jati from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 16:00 to 18:00 WIB; Ciledug at Giant Poris Gaga Indah and Metland Cyber City Cipondoh from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat car park and the Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at the G-Town Square Gading Serpong courtyard from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; Bekasi City at KFC Zamrud from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB; Bekasi Regency at Pasar Bersih Cikarang Jababeka from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; Depok at the Samsat car park from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; and Cinere at the Pondok Petir Sub-district Office courtyard from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB. The mobile Samsat outlets only process annual vehicle tax payments. Payments for five-yearly vehicle tax and number plate replacements must be made directly at the nearest Samsat office. The public is also reminded to continue observing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining physical distance.
