Mobile Samsat Services Available Monday in 14 Jadetabek Areas
The Metro Jaya Regional Police are providing mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap) services to assist taxpayers with motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments in 14 areas of Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Monday.
According to the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
North Jakarta at the Samsat car park and the Itali Mall Artha Gading car park from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
South Jakarta at the Samsat car park from 09.00-14.00 WIB and in front of the TMP Kalibata car park from 09.00-14.00 WIB;
East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Pasar Induk Kramat Jati from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 08.00-13.00 WIB;
Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08.00-14.00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 16.00-18.00 WIB;
Ciledug at the Pinang Sub-district Office and Ruko Green Village from 09.00-14.00 WIB;
Ciputat at the Samsat car park and the Pondok Betung Urban Village Office from 09.00-12.00 WIB;
Kelapa Dua at the GTown Square Gading Serpong Hall from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
Bekasi City at Mono Cafe Pekayon Jaya, South Bekasi from 18.00-21.00 WIB and Pakuwon Mall Bekasi from 10.00-13.00 WIB;
Bekasi Regency at Pasar Bersih Cikarang Jababeka from 09.00-12.00 WIB;
Depok at the Samsat car park from 08.00-14.00 WIB and the Bojong Gede Sub-district Office from 09.00-12.00 WIB;
Cinere at the Pondok Petir Urban Village Office car park from 08.00-12.00 WIB.
Mobile Samsat outlets only process annual PKB payments. For five-year vehicle registration (STNK) renewals and number plate replacements, taxpayers must visit the nearest Samsat office. It is also important to continue implementing health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19, with taxpayers required to wear masks, wash hands, and maintain physical distance.
