Mobile Samsat Services Available Monday Across 14 Jadetabek Locations
The Traffic Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administration System) services across 14 locations in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Monday to facilitate annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments. According to the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the locations and service hours are as follows: Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; North Jakarta at the Samsat car park and the Italy Mall Artha Gading car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; South Jakarta at the Samsat car park from 09.00 to 14.00 and in front of the TMP Kalibata car park from 09.00 to 14.00 WIB; East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Pasar Induk Kramat Jati from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB and Mal ITC BSD Serpong from 16.00 to 18.00 WIB; Ciledug at the Pinang District Office and Ruko Green Village from 09.00 to 14.00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat car park and the Pondok Betung Village Office from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at the GTown Square Gading Serpong car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; Bekasi City at Mono Cafe Pekayon Jaya, South Bekasi from 18.00 to 21.00 WIB and Pakuwon Mall Bekasi from 10.00 to 13.00 WIB; Bekasi Regency at Pasar Bersih Cikarang Jababeka from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB; Depok at the Samsat car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB and the Bojong Gede District Office from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB; and Cinere at the Pondok Petir Village Office car park from 08.00 to 12.00 WIB. The mobile Samsat outlets only process annual PKB payments. Five-yearly vehicle tax payments and licence plate replacements must be carried out directly at the nearest Samsat office. The public is also reminded to continue observing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining physical distance.
