Mobile Samsat Services Available in Eight Greater Jakarta Locations on Saturday

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Sub-directorate of Registration and Identification (Regident) of the Metro Jaya Regional Police Traffic Directorate is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administration System) services across eight locations in Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi on Saturday. At the mobile Samsat booths, the public can access several services, including annual vehicle registration certificate (STNK) validation, as well as payment of Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Mandatory Traffic Accident Insurance Contribution (SWDKLLJ). The service locations and operating hours, as cited from the official Instagram account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya @tmcpoldametro on Saturday, are as follows: 1. Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and Apartemen Ayodya from 09.00-11.00 WIB. 2. Serpong at the Samsat parking area from 09.00-11.00 WIB and ITC BSD from 13.00-15.00 WIB. 3. Ciledug at the Samsat Office and Fresh Market Green Lake City Complex, Cipondoh from 09.00-11.00 WIB. 4. Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and Pondok Betung Urban Village from 09.00-11.00 WIB. 5. Kelapa Dua at the Gtown House Square Gading Serpong from 08.00-11.00 WIB. 6. Bekasi City at the West Bekasi District Office parking area from 09.00-11.00 WIB. 7. Depok at the Samsat parking area and Cipayung Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB. 8. Cinere at the Pasir Putih Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB. An additional requirement is that applicants must not have vehicle tax arrears exceeding one year. The mobile Samsat booths only serve annual vehicle tax payments; for five-yearly tax payments and licence plate replacements, applicants must visit the nearest Samsat office in person.
