Mobile Samsat Services Available in Eight Areas This Saturday
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Metro Jaya Regional Police are providing mobile One-Roof Integrated Administration System (Samsat Keliling) services in eight areas this Saturday to assist the public with motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments.
According to the official TMC Polda Metro Jaya Instagram account @tmcpoldametro, the eight locations are as follows:
Tangerang City: Ayodya Apartment and Alun-Alun Cibodas from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Serpong: Samsat Serpong parking lot from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong from 13:00 to 15:00 WIB.
Ciledug: Samsat Office courtyard and the Rukan Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh complex from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Ciputat: Samsat parking lot and Pondok Betung Village Office from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Kelapa Dua: Pagedangan District Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Bekasi City: West Bekasi District Office parking lot from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Depok: Samsat parking lot and Cipayung Village Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Cinere: Pasir Putih Village Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB.
Mobile Samsat outlets only facilitate annual motor vehicle tax payments. For five-year vehicle tax payments and number plate replacements, taxpayers must visit their nearest Samsat office in person.
As an alternative, citizens can also utilise the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) application to complete motor vehicle tax payments. The SIGNAL application allows for online PKB payments across 33 provinces via mobile phone, with the STNK (Vehicle Registration Certificate) subsequently sent to the applicant’s address.
However, the application cannot be used by vehicle owners who are more than one year in arrears with their taxes. For such tax defaulters, motor vehicle tax payments must be processed directly at a Samsat office.
