The Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) continue to provide mobile One-Roof Integrated Administration System (Samsat Keliling) services at 14 locations across the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) areas for citizens wishing to pay their motor vehicle tax (PKB) this Wednesday.

According to the official TMC Polda Metro Jaya Instagram account (@tmcpoldametro), the mobile Samsat locations are distributed as follows:

  1. Central Jakarta: Samsat Central Jakarta parking lot and Lapangan Banterm from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  2. North Jakarta: Samsat North Jakarta parking lot and Italy Mall Artha Kelapa Gading parking lot from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  3. West Jakarta: Citraland Mall from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  4. South Jakarta: Samsat South Jakarta parking lot from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB and the Sarinah Warehouse Cikoko Pancoran from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  5. East Jakarta: Kramat Jati Wholesale Market and the East Jakarta Mayor’s Office parking lot from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  6. Tangerang City: Cibodas Square and the Foodmosphere busway parking area from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB.

  7. Serpong: Samsat Serpong parking lot from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong from 16:00 to 18:00 WIB.

  8. Ciledug: Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh Modern Market and Metland Cyber Puri Cipondoh from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB.

  9. Ciputat: Samsat Ciputat parking lot and the Pondok Betung Village Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.

  10. Kelapa Dua: Korpri Cisauk Housing and the Pagedangan District Office from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB.

  11. Bekasi City: Danau Duta Harapan from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.

  12. Bekasi Regency: Tamansari Setu Head Office parking lot and Samsat Bekasi Office parking lot from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB, and Samsat Bekasi Office parking lot from 18:00 to 20:00 WIB.

  13. Depok: Samsat Depok parking lot from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB and the Tajur Halang District Office from 09:00 to 11:30 WIB.

  14. Cinere: Pondok Petir Village Office from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB.

Members of the public are required to bring the original ID card (KTP) of the vehicle owner, the vehicle ownership book (BPKB), and the vehicle registration certificate (STNK), each accompanied by a photocopy. Additionally, taxpayers must not have any vehicle tax arrears exceeding one year.

These mobile outlets only facilitate annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments. For five-year tax renewals and vehicle number plate replacements, residents must visit the nearest Samsat office in person.

As an alternative, citizens can also utilise the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) application to assist with PKB payments. The SIGNAL application allows for online motor vehicle tax payments across 33 provinces via mobile phone, with the STNK documents being delivered directly to the user’s address.

However, this application cannot be used by vehicle owners with tax arrears of more than one year. Those with arrears exceeding one year must still visit the nearest Samsat office.
