Mobile Samsat Services Available at 14 Locations Across Greater Jakarta on Tuesday

The Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) is providing mobile One-Stop Administration System (Samsat) services to assist taxpayers with paying their motor vehicle tax (PKB) in the Greater Jakarta area (Jadetabek) on Tuesday. According to the official X account of Polda Metro Jaya’s Traffic Management Centre, the locations are as follows: Central Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; North Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Al Musyawarah Mosque in Kelapa Gading from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; South Jakarta at the Samsat parking area from 09:00 to 15:00 and in front of the TMP Kalibata car park from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB; East Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Kramat Jati Wholesale Market from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat parking area from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 16:00 to 18:00 WIB; Ciledug at Giant Poris Gaga Indah and Metland Cyber City Cipondoh from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and the Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at the GTown Square Gading Serpong courtyard from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB; Bekasi City at KFC Zambrud from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB; Bekasi Regency at Pasar Bersih Cikarang Jababeka from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; Depok at the Samsat parking area from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; and Cinere at the Pondok Petir Sub-district Office courtyard from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB. Several requirements must be observed before paying vehicle tax, including bringing original documents such as the national identity card (KTP), vehicle ownership book (BPKB), and vehicle registration certificate (STNK), along with photocopies. The mobile Samsat outlets only serve annual PKB payments, while five-year STNK renewals and number plate changes must be processed at the nearest Samsat office. Taxpayers are also reminded to continue adhering to health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining physical distance.
