Mobile Samsat Services Available at 14 Locations Across Greater Jakarta on Tuesday
Jakarta (ANTARA) — The Directorate of Traffic of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police is providing mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap — One-Stop Administrative System) services to assist taxpayers in paying motor vehicle tax (PKB) across 14 areas in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Greater Jakarta) on Tuesday.
According to the official X account of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Traffic Management Centre, the service locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at the Central Jakarta Samsat car park and Banteng Field from 08:00-14:00 WIB
North Jakarta at the North Jakarta Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque in Kelapa Gading from 08:00-14:00 WIB
West Jakarta at Citraland Mall from 08:00-14:00 WIB
South Jakarta at the South Jakarta Samsat car park from 09:00-15:00 WIB and in front of the Kalibata TMPN car park from 09:00-14:00 WIB
East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market from 08:00-14:00 WIB
Tangerang City at Cibodas Square and the Foodmosphere busway car park from 09:00-13:00 WIB
Ciledug at Giant Poris Gaga Indah in Tangerang City and Metland Cyber City in Cipondoh from 09:00-14:00 WIB
Serpong at the Serpong Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 16:00-18:00 WIB
Ciputat at the Samsat car park and Pondok Betung village office from 09:00-12:00 WIB
Kelapa Dua at Gtown House Gading Sepong car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB
Bekasi City at KFC Zambrut from 09:00-11:00 WIB
Bekasi Regency at Cikarang Baru Joint Market from 09:00-12:00 WIB
Depok at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital from 08:00-12:00 WIB
Cinere at the Pondok Petir village office from 08:00-12:00 WIB
Several requirements must be observed before paying vehicle tax, including bringing documents such as a national identity card (KTP), vehicle registration certificate (BPKB), and driving licence (STNK) originals along with photocopies.
The mobile Samsat service only handles annual vehicle tax payments. For driving licence renewals (every five years) and vehicle registration plate changes, motorists must visit the nearest Samsat office.
