Mobile Samsat Services Available Across 14 Locations in Greater Jakarta on Friday

The Traffic Directorate of the Jakarta Metro Police is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administration System) services at 14 different locations across Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Friday. Residents can use these mobile units to validate their annual vehicle registration (STNK) and pay the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and the Mandatory Road Traffic Accident Fund Contribution (SWDKLLJ). The mobile Samsat units are spread across various areas to make it easier for the public to access services without having to visit a main office. The locations and operating hours are as follows: In Central Jakarta, at the Samsat Jakarta Pusat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In North Jakarta, at the Samsat Jakarta Utara car park and the Italy Mall Artha Kelapa Gading car park from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In West Jakarta, at Mal Citraland from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In South Jakarta, at the Samsat Jakarta Selatan car park from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB and the South Jakarta Mayor’s Office from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB. In East Jakarta, at the Samsat Jakarta Timur car park and the Kramat Jati Wholesale Market from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In Tangerang City, at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 09:00 to 13:00 WIB. In Serpong, at the Samsat Serpong car park from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and ITC BSD from 16:00 to 18:00 WIB. In Ciledug, at the Pinang District Office and Rukan Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB. In Ciputat, at the Pondok Betung Village Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB. In Kelapa Dua, at the Gtown House Gading Serpong grounds from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In Bekasi City, at Pizza Hut Jatiasih Consumer from 09:00 to 11:30 WIB. In Bekasi Regency, at the Bekasi Regional Government Office grounds from 09:00 to 11:30 WIB. In Depok, at the Samsat Depok car park from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB and the Tugu Village Office from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB. In Cinere, at the Pasir Putih Village Office grounds from 08:00 to 11:30 WIB. Residents are required to bring several documents for vehicle tax payment, including the original identity card (KTP) of the vehicle owner, the Vehicle Ownership Document (BPKB), and the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK), each accompanied by a photocopy. Applicants must also not have motor vehicle tax arrears exceeding one year. These mobile Samsat outlets only process annual motor vehicle tax payments. For five-yearly tax payments and number plate replacements, applicants must visit the nearest Samsat office in person.
