Mobile Samsat Services Available Across 14 Jakarta Metropolitan Areas on Thursday

The Registration and Identification Sub-directorate of Polda Metro Jaya’s Traffic Directorate is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administration System) services across 14 locations in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi on Thursday. Through the mobile Samsat, the public can access several services, including annual vehicle registration validation and the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax and Mandatory Road Traffic Accident Fund contributions. The following are the service areas and locations: Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00-14:00 WIB; North Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque grounds from 08:00-14:00 WIB; West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08:00-14:00 WIB; South Jakarta at the Samsat car park from 09:00-15:00 WIB and the Sarinah Warehouse in Cikoko Pancoran from 09:00-14:00 WIB; East Jakarta at the Cipayung District Office grounds and Kramat Jati Wholesale Market from 08:00-14:00 WIB; Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere car park from 09:00-13:00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and ITC BSD from 16:00-18:00 WIB; Ciledug at Giant Poris Gaga and the Fresh Market Green Lake City Complex in Cipondoh from 09:00-14:00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Urban Village from 09:00-12:00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at Gtown House Square Gading Serpong from 08:00-14:00 WIB; Bekasi City at Mono Caffe Pekayon Jaya from 09:00-09:30 WIB; Bekasi Regency at Pasar Central Lippo Cikarang from 09:00-12:00 WIB; Depok at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and the Tugu Urban Village Office from 09:00-11:00 WIB; and Cinere at the Pasir Putih Urban Village Office from 08:00-12:00 WIB. The mobile Samsat outlets only serve annual motor vehicle tax payments, while five-yearly vehicle tax payments and number plate replacements must be done directly at the nearest Samsat office.
