Mobile Samsat Services Available Across 14 Jadetabek Locations on Friday
Jakarta (ANTARA) — Metro Jaya Police is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administrative System) services across 14 locations spread throughout Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Friday to facilitate public motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments.
According to Metro Jaya Police Traffic Management Centre’s official X account, the 14 locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08.00–13.00 WIB;
North Jakarta at Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque grounds from 08.00–14.00 WIB;
West Jakarta at Citraland Mall from 08.00–14.00 WIB;
South Jakarta at Samsat car park from 09.00–14.00 WIB and South Jakarta Mayor’s Office from 09.00–14.00 WIB;
East Jakarta at Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market from 08.00–14.00 WIB;
Tangerang City at Cibodas Square and Foodmosphere Busway car park from 09.00–13.00 WIB;
Serpong at Samsat car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 15.30–17.30 WIB;
Ciledug at Pinang District Office and Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh complex from 09.00–12.00 WIB;
Ciputat at Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Village Office from 09.00–12.00 WIB;
Kelapa Dua at GTown Square Gading car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB;
Bekasi City at Pizza Hut Kosmem Jatiasih from 09.00–11.30 WIB;
Bekasi Regency at Bekasi Regional Government Office from 09.00–11.30 WIB;
Depok at Samsat car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB and Tugu District Office from 09.00–12.00 WIB;
Cinere at Pasir Putih Village Office from 08.00–12.00 WIB.
The mobile Samsat units only handle annual motor vehicle tax payments. Vehicle registration certificate (STNK) renewals (five-yearly) and vehicle number plate replacements must be processed at the nearest permanent Samsat office.
Whilst visiting the mobile units, the public is advised to observe health protocols to prevent COVID-19 transmission by wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining physical distance.
