Mobile Samsat Service Locations Across Jadetabek on Monday

Jakarta — The Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Directorate is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administrative System) services across 14 areas distributed throughout Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Monday.

The service enables the public to renew vehicle registration certificates (STNK) annually and make payments for motor vehicle tax (PKB) and compulsory traffic accident insurance contributions (SWDKLLJ).

The following are the 14 mobile Samsat service locations across Jadetabek based on the official X account (formerly Twitter) of the Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Management Centre @tmcpoldametro:

1. Central Jakarta at Jiexpo Kemayoran open 10.00-20.00 WIB and Banteng Field 08.00-14.00 WIB;

2. North Jakarta at the parking area of North Jakarta Samsat and Itali Mall Artha Gading 08.00-14.00 WIB;

3. West Jakarta at Citraland Mall 08.00-14.00 WIB;

4. South Jakarta at the parking area of South Jakarta Samsat 08.00-14.00 WIB and Kalibata Heroes Cemetery Police Post 09.00-14.00 WIB;

5. East Jakarta at the parking area of East Jakarta Samsat and Kramat Jati Main Market 08.00-14.00 WIB;

6. Tangerang City at Cibodas Town Square and Busway Foodmosehere parking area 09.00-14.00 WIB;

7. Serpong at the parking area of Serpong Samsat 08.00-15.00 WIB and ITC BSD 15.30-17.30 WIB;

8. Ciledug at the Pinang District Office and Green Village shop houses 09.00-12.00 WIB;

9. Ciputat at Samsat parking area and Pondok Betung Village office 09.00-12.00 WIB;

10. Kelapa Dua at Gtown Square Gading parking area 08.00-14.00 WIB;

11. Bekasi City at Mono Cafe Pekayon Jaya, South Bekasi from 18.00-21.00 WIB;

12. Bekasi Regency at Cikarang Jababeka Public Market 09.00-12.00 WIB;

13. Depok at the parking area of Depok Samsat 08.00-14.00 WIB and Bojong Gede District Office 09.00-12.00 WIB;

14. Cinere at the Pondok Petir Village Office parking area 08.00-12.00 WIB.

Mobile Samsat outlets only handle annual motor vehicle tax payments, whilst five-yearly vehicle tax payments and vehicle number plate replacements must be conducted directly at your nearest Samsat office.
