Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Metro Jaya Regional Police is providing a mobile ‘Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap’ (Samsat) service to assist taxpayers in paying their vehicle tax (PKB) in the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jadetabek) areas, on Wednesday.

Through the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the following locations are offering the service:

  1. Central Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Lapangan Banteng from 08.00-13.00 WIB;

  2. North Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and the parking area of Itali Mall Artha Gading from 08.00-14.00 WIB;

  3. West Jakarta at Citraland Mall from 08.00-14.00 WIB;

  4. South Jakarta at the Samsat parking area from 09.00-14.00 and Gudang Sarinah Cikoko Pancoran from 09.00-14.00 WIB;

  5. East Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Pasar Induk Kramat Jati from 08.00-14.00 WIB;

  6. Tangerang City at Alun-alun Cibodas and the Busway Foodmosphere parking area from 09.00-13.00 WIB;

  7. Serpong at the Samsat parking area from 08.00-14.00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 15.30-17.30 WIB;

  8. Ciledug at the Kantor Pasar Modern Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh and Metland Cyber Puri City Cipondoh from 09.00-14.00 WIB;

  9. Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and the Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Betung from 09.00-12.00 WIB;

  10. Kelapa Dua at the GTown Square Gading parking area from 08.00-14.00 WIB;

  11. Bekasi City at Danau Duta Harapan from 08.00-12.00 WIB;

  12. Bekasi Regency at the Robson Lippo Cikarang shop-house from 09.00-12.00 WIB and the Samsat office parking area from 18.30-20.30 WIB;

  13. Depok at the Samsat parking area from 08.00-14.00 WIB and the Kantor Kecamatan Tajur Halar from 09.00-12.00 WIB;

  14. Cinere at the Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Petir parking area from 08.00-12.00 WIB.

Several requirements must be met before paying vehicle tax, including bringing documents such as ID cards, vehicle registration certificates (BPKB) and original vehicle registration certificates (STNK) along with photocopies.

The mobile Samsat service only provides annual PKB payment services, while for STNK extensions (every five years) and vehicle number plate changes, taxpayers must visit the nearest Samsat office.

In addition, it is important to continue implementing health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining social distancing.
