In Tangerang City, outlets are at Alun-Alun Cibodas and the Foodmosphere busway car park from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB; Ciledug at Pasar Modern Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh and Merland Cyber Puri Cipondoh from 09:00 to 14:00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat parking area from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB and Mal ITC BSD Serpong from 16:00 to 18:00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at Gtown House Gading Serpong from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. In Bekasi, outlets are at Danau Duta Harapan from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB, and in Bekasi Regency at the Tamansari Setu Head Office from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB and the Samsat office from 18:00 to 20:00 WIB. In Depok, services are at the Samsat parking area from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB and the Tajur Halang Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 11:30 WIB; and in Cinere at the Pondok Petir Sub-district Office from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB. Taxpayers are required to bring their national identity card (KTP), vehicle ownership document (BPKB), and original vehicle registration certificate (STNK) along with photocopies. The mobile Samsat outlets only process annual vehicle tax payments; five-year STNK renewals and number plate replacements must be done at a physical Samsat office.
