Mobile Samsat Opens at 14 Locations Across Jadetabek on Thursday
Jakarta — The Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) is providing mobile Samsat (One-Roof Integrated Administration System) services to assist taxpayers in paying motor vehicle tax (PKB) across the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jadetabek) region on Thursday.
According to the official X account of the Traffic Management Centre (TMC) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, the service locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00-13:00 WIB;
North Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque car park, Kelapa Gading, from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
West Jakarta at Citraland Mall from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
South Jakarta at the Samsat car park from 09:00-14:00 WIB and Sarinah Warehouse, Cikoko Pancoran, from 09:00-14:00 WIB;
East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
Tangerang City at Cibodas Square and Foodmosphere Busway car park from 09:00-13:00 WIB;
Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 15:30-17:30 WIB;
Ciledug at Giant Poris Gaga and Green Lake City Fresh Market complex, Cipondoh, from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
Ciputat at the Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Village Office from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
Kelapa Dua at GTowan Square Gading car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
Bekasi City at Mono Coffee Pekayon Jaya, South Bekasi, from 09:00-13:00 WIB;
Bekasi Regency at Robson Ruko Lippo Cikarang from 09:00-14:00 WIB;
Depok at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and Tugu Sub-district Office from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
Cinere at the Pasir Putih Village Office car park from 08:00-12:00 WIB.
Vehicle owners must bring the required documents before paying their vehicle tax, including their national identity card (KTP), vehicle registration certificate (BPKB), and vehicle registration proof (STNK) originals along with photocopies.
The mobile Samsat service only handles annual PKB payments. For STNK renewals (five-yearly) and vehicle registration plate changes, taxpayers must visit the nearest Samsat office.
Additionally, it is important that taxpayers continue to observe health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining physical distance.
