Mobile Samsat Locations in 14 Areas This Wednesday

The Metro Jaya Police have opened mobile Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat) services across 14 locations in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) for residents wishing to fulfil their annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) obligations on Wednesday. The locations and operating hours are as follows: Central Jakarta at the Samsat Jakarta Pusat car park and Lapangan Banteng from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; North Jakarta at the Samsat Jakarta Utara car park and Italy Mall Artha Kelapa Gading car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; South Jakarta at the Samsat Jakarta Selatan car park from 09.00 to 15.00 WIB and Gudang Sarinah Cikoko Pancoran from 09.00 to 14.00 WIB; East Jakarta at Pasar Induk Kramat Jati and the Pasar Rebo Sub-district Office from 09.00 to 14.00 WIB; Tangerang City at Alun-Alun Cibodas and the Foodmosphere busway car park from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB; Serpong at the Samsat Serpong car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong from 16.00 to 18.00 WIB; Ciledug at Pasar Modern Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh and Metland Cyber Puri Cipondoh from 09.00 to 14.00 WIB; Ciputat at the Samsat Ciputat car park and Pondok Betung Urban Village office from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB; Kelapa Dua at the Gtown House Gading car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB; Bekasi City at Danau Duta Harapan from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB; Bekasi Regency at the Tamansari Setu Village Head office and the Samsat Bekasi office car park from 09.00 to 11.30 WIB; Depok at the Samsat Depok car park from 08.00 to 14.00 WIB and Tajur Halang Sub-district Office from 09.00 to 11.30 WIB; and Cinere at the Pondok Petir Urban Village office car park from 08.00 to 12.00 WIB. These mobile Samsat outlets only process annual vehicle tax payments. Five-yearly tax payments and number plate replacements must be completed directly at the nearest main Samsat office. As an alternative, the public can use the Samsat Digital Nasional (SIGNAL) app to pay annual vehicle tax online in 33 provinces, with the registration documents subsequently delivered to the applicant’s address. However, the app cannot be used by vehicle owners who have tax arrears exceeding one year; such cases must be settled in person at a Samsat office.
