Ever since the opening of the housing estate Sari Gaperi Bojong Gede, in Bojong Gede, Bogor, West Java, no post office boxes have been made available and no mobile postal service has operated in the complex.

Because of this, residents who want to post a letter have to make a trip to Jakarta or to Bogor.

We hope that the post office can immediately provide post office boxes or a mobile postal service in our estate. The nearest post office is some distance away and letters are delivered quite late. Even express mail arrives late.

A member of my family received a letter for a job test once, which was dispatched by express mail. The strange thing was the letter, posted in Jakarta, took three days to reach its destination.

Because of the letter's delayed delivery, my brother missed the test. The opportunity to apply for a job was lost.
