Mobile Driving Licence Services on 19 February 2026: Schedule for Jakarta and Surrounding Areas
Jakarta, VIVA – Mobile driving licence (SIM Keliling) services on Thursday, 19 February 2026 are operating normally across several areas, having previously undergone schedule adjustments during the Lunar New Year national holiday and collective leave period. Residents can once again make use of these facilities to renew their driving licences more conveniently.
In the DKI Jakarta area, mobile SIM units have been deployed at several locations as on regular working days. Central Jakarta residents can process licence renewals at the Lapangan Banteng Post Office, whilst East Jakarta residents are served at Grand Mall Cakung.
For West Jakarta, services are available at Citraland Mall and LTC Glodok. South Jakarta residents can visit the Trilogi Kalibata Campus for licence renewals.
All mobile SIM Keliling services in Jakarta operate from 08:00 to 14:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB). Daily service quotas are limited, so residents are advised to arrive early to secure a queue number.
In Bekasi, mobile SIM Keliling services have returned to normal operations and are available at Bekasi Cyber Park. Services at this location run from 08:00 to 10:00 WIB.
Meanwhile in Bogor, mobile SIM Keliling services are available at locations that rotate daily. One service point available to residents is Mall Jambu Dua, with operating hours from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.
For the Bandung area, mobile SIM Keliling services today are operating at The Kings Shopping Centre and Pasar Modern Batununggal. Both locations handle renewals for SIM A and SIM C licences that are still valid.
In addition to the mobile SIM Keliling vehicles, Bandung residents can also make use of services at the SIM counter at the Bandung City MPP (Public Service Mall) or the SIM Botanica counter as alternatives. The availability of multiple service points makes it easier for residents to choose the nearest location.
It should be noted that SIM Keliling services only handle renewals of SIM A and SIM C licences that are still valid. If a licence has expired, applicants must apply for a new licence at a Satpas (driving licence processing centre) by sitting both theory and practical examinations.
Applicants must bring a valid national identity card (KTP), the original licence along with a photocopy, and a health certificate. In accordance with Government Regulation Number 60 of 2016 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), the renewal fee for a SIM A licence is Rp80,000 and for a SIM C licence Rp75,000.
