Mobile Driving Licence Service Returns to Badung on 6 March 2026, Check Locations and Times!

The Mobile Driving Licence Service (SIM Keliling) is operating in Badung to facilitate renewals of Driving Licence A and Driving Licence C without visiting the Driving Licence Administration Office (SATPAS). Residents seeking to renew their licences quickly and conveniently can go directly to the nearest SIM Keliling service. Location: Damkar Dalung (east of Dalung Market) and Public Service Mall (Puspem Badung).

Service hours: 08:30 WITA – finish.

Renewal Fees

Government Regulation (PP) No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) sets out the renewal fees for Driving Licences. The renewal fees are as follows:

• Driving Licence A: Rp 80,000

• Driving Licence C: Rp 75,000

Renewal Requirements

Members of the public are urged to complete the following requirements to enable processing of renewal applications. The requirements are:

• Bring original KTP and photocopy

• Bring original Driving Licence and photocopy

• Health certificate and psychology certificate

The SIM Keliling service only handles renewal applications for Driving Licence A (cars) and Driving Licence C (motorcycles) that are still active or within their validity period. This service cannot be used to issue a new Driving Licence, replace a lost Driving Licence, or renew a licence whose validity has expired (expired).

The service aims to facilitate renewing active licences in a quick and practical way. However, if the licence validity has expired, the holder must obtain a new Driving Licence at a SATPAS office because renewals via SIM Keliling are no longer possible.
