Mobile Driving Licence Service Available at Five Locations on Friday

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Directorate of Traffic of the Metro Jaya Regional Police is opening a mobile Driving Licence (SIM Keliling) service at five locations in Jakarta on Friday for members of the public wishing to renew the validity period of this legal requirement for driving. According to the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the service will be open from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB at the following five locations: East Jakarta: Lobby in front of Mall Grand Cakung; North Jakarta: Main lobby of LTC Glodok; South Jakarta: Parking area beside Universitas Trilogi; West Jakarta: South Lobby of Mall Ciputra; Central Jakarta: Parking at the Kantor Pos Lapangan Banteng. The SIM Keliling kios will only serve renewals for valid SIM A and SIM C licences. If the validity period of the licence has expired, the owner must apply for a new SIM at the Daan Mogot SIM Office in West Jakarta. Regarding renewal fees, in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue, they are Rp80,000 for SIM A and Rp75,000 for SIM C.
