Mobile Driver's License Services Available at Five Jakarta Locations on Friday

The Metro Jaya Regional Police Traffic Directorate is providing mobile driver’s licence (SIM) services at five locations in Jakarta to assist residents wishing to extend the validity of their driving permits this Friday.

According to the official TMC Polda Metro Jaya Instagram account, the services will be open from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB at the following locations:

East Jakarta: Front lobby of Grand Cakung Mall

West Jakarta: Main lobby of LTC Glodok and South Lobby of Ciputra Mall

South Jakarta: Parking area beside Trilogi University

Central Jakarta: Parking area of the Lapangan Banteng Post Office

The mobile SIM service only handles renewals for currently valid licences of specific categories, namely SIM A and SIM C. If the validity period of the licence has already expired, owners must apply for a new licence at locations designated by the police.

Regarding renewal fees, in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 76 of 2020 concerning the Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) applicable to the National Police, the cost is Rp80,000 for SIM A and Rp75,000 for SIM C.
