Renewal Fees

Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) sets the renewal fees for driver’s licences as follows:

  • SIM A: Rp80,000

  • SIM C: Rp75,000

Requirements for Licence Renewal

Residents are advised to bring the following documents to process their renewal:

  • Original and photocopy of KTP (Identity Card)

  • Original and photocopy of current SIM

  • Health certificate and psychological certificate

The mobile SIM service only handles renewals for active SIM A (for cars) and SIM C (for motorcycles) that have not expired. It cannot be used for:

  • New SIM applications

  • Replacement of lost SIMs

  • Renewal of expired SIMs

If a SIM has expired, holders must apply for a new one at the Satpas office, as mobile services do not process expired licences.

This service aims to streamline the renewal process for active SIMs. Residents are reminded to ensure their SIM is still valid before using the mobile service.
