MNC Tourism Indonesia (KPIG) Records Profit of Rp 94.6 Billion in Q1 2026
PT MNC Tourism Indonesia Tbk (KPIG) recorded increases in revenue and net profit over the first three months of 2026. KPIG posted net revenue of Rp 589.1 billion in Q1 2026, up 26.8% year on year (yoy) from Rp 474.7 billion in the same period of 2025. Meanwhile, KPIG’s net profit rose 55.8% yoy to Rp 94.6 billion, with the net profit margin increasing to 16.1%. The revenue growth in Q1 2026 was supported by the strengthening of the company’s hospitality business, which includes hotels, resorts, and golf. This segment contributed dominantly at 52% to KPIG’s total revenue, amounting to Rp 306.1 billion, a 43.2% yoy increase. The solid revenue performance also drove an improvement in KPIG’s profitability in Q1 2026. KPIG recorded EBITDA up 26.8% yoy to Rp 110.9 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 18.8%. In Q1 2026, KPIG’s financial position remained stable, with total assets at Rp 36.2 trillion, up 0.6% from Rp 36.0 trillion in 2025. Total liabilities stood at Rp 6.9 trillion as of the end of March 2026, down from Rp 7.2 trillion at the end of December 2025. Meanwhile, total equity rose 18% to Rp 29.3 trillion on 31 March 2026, compared to Rp 28.8 trillion at the end of December 2025. KPIG’s management stated that MNC Tourism will continue to accelerate the development of its iconic asset portfolio in the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone (KEK) and optimise the performance of premium hospitality assets in various strategic locations. “The company is focused on maintaining the construction pace to ensure that flagship projects in the KEK MNC Lido City meet completion targets,” it said in a disclosure on 5 May 2026. Secondly, progress on the Clubhouse construction, which has entered the completion stage. Meanwhile, the development of infrastructure in the exclusive residential area of Private Clubhouses (PCH) Phase 2 and Lido Hill residential remains on schedule. Thirdly, the expansion of outbound facilities at Lido Adventure Park, which is directly integrated with Hyatt Regency Lido Resort, to create a comprehensive family and corporate gathering tourism ecosystem. KPIG’s hotel portfolio in Q1 2026 recorded a strong occupancy rate, driven by high business and tourism activities at the start of the year. “This operational performance is further strengthened by achievements that affirm the company’s service quality superiority on the global stage,” management explained.
