MMKSI Updates Board of Directors, New Appointments Announced

PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) has announced changes to its board of directors, which will take effect from October 2026. The changes affect two strategic positions: Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Product Service & Branding Strategy.

Under this restructuring, Kazuto Azuma and Guntur Harling have been appointed to the position of Director of the Sales & Marketing Division. They succeed Irwan Kuncoro and Yoshio Igarashi, who previously held these roles.

Prior to this new assignment, Kazuto Azuma served as the Director of the Product Service & Brand Strategy Division. In that capacity, he was responsible for the development of after-sales services and the Mitsubishi Motors brand strategy in Indonesia.

Guntur Harling was previously involved in the development of MMKSI’s product strategy. His experience in this area is expected to serve as a foundation for his new responsibilities in sales and marketing.

Changes have also occurred within the Director of Product Service & Branding Strategy Division position. The role previously held by Kazuto Azuma has now been entrusted to Shunsuke Arimune.

Before joining MMKSI, Shunsuke served as the Deputy General Manager of the Automotive Business Management Office/Eurasia & America Automotive Department at Mitsubishi Corporation. He held responsibilities for the management and development of Mitsubishi’s automotive business across several international markets.

MMKSI stated that this change in the board of directors is part of a move to strengthen the company’s organisation. This leadership realignment is expected to enhance coordination between product strategy, sales, marketing, brand development, and after-sales services.

The changes to the board of directors were announced by the company in Jakarta on 2 October 2026.
