Mitsubishi wins order

TOKYO (AFP): Japan's Mitsubishi Corp. and Hitachi Ltd.
together won a 2 billion yen (US$20 million) order to supply 24
carriages for Indonesia's public railway, Mistubishi said.

The two Japanese companies would start deliveries in 1997,
with four carriages shipped complete from Japan and the other 20
to be made locally by state-run train maker PT INKA with Hitachi
technology, the trading house said.
