Mitratel (MTEL) Schedules Cum Dividend for 8 July 2026
PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Persero) Tbk (MTEL), known as Mitratel, has announced a plan to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 financial year amounting to Rp2.08 trillion, equivalent to Rp25.6 per share.
Mitratel’s management stated in an information disclosure on 6 July 2026 to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) that the cum dividend date has been set for Wednesday, 8 July 2026. This cum dividend date is the final deadline for investors hoping to receive the dividend.
The company stated that the plan to distribute the cash dividend for the 2025 financial year is in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on 30 June 2026.

Cum Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiation Market on 8 July 2026.
Ex Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiation Market on 9 July 2026.
Cum Dividend in the Cash Market on 10 July 2026.
Ex Dividend in the Cash Market on 13 July 2026.
Investors entitled to the cash dividend must be recorded in the Shareholder Register (DPS) by 10 July 2026 at 16:15 WIB. The company will make the dividend payment on 31 July 2026.
The cash dividend distribution of Rp2.08 trillion, or Rp25.6 per share, is equivalent to 98% of the company’s net profit. Throughout the 2025 financial year, Mitratel recorded a net profit of Rp2.12 trillion, revenue of Rp9.53 trillion, and EBITDA of Rp7.83 trillion.
This payout ratio is one of the highest in the industry and marks the second consecutive year Mitratel has distributed a dividend with a 98% payout ratio. This reflects the company’s commitment to consistently providing optimal returns to shareholders while maintaining investment capacity to support long-term business growth.
Mitratel’s President Director, Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, stated at the 2025 Financial Year RUPST that this achievement is the result of the company’s consistently executed business strategy, which maintains a balance between creating value for shareholders and investing for future growth.

We continue to maintain a balance between creating value for shareholders through consistent dividends, investing in new growth opportunities, and transforming into a Next Generation Tower Company.
