Mitratel (MTEL) Distributes IDR 2.08 Trillion Dividend on Solid Performance
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) has approved a cash dividend distribution of IDR 2.08 trillion, or IDR 25.6 per share. This amount is equivalent to 98% of the company’s net profit for the 2025 financial year.
During the 2025 financial year, Mitratel recorded revenue of IDR 9.53 trillion, EBITDA of IDR 7.83 trillion, and net profit of IDR 2.12 trillion, supported by a recurring revenue business model, high profitability, and strong operational cash flow. The company also continued to improve the quality of its growth by increasing its tenancy ratio to 1.57x, reflecting optimised asset utilisation, and strengthening its fibre optic business with the organic addition of 6,160 km of network, bringing the total network length to 57,199 km. In line with this expansion, the fibre billable length increased to 70,618 km, driving an 18.1% year-on-year growth in fibre optic segment revenue.
With a portfolio of more than 40,000 telecommunication towers and a growing fibre optic network, the company is solidifying its position as a leader in Indonesia’s digital telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel’s President Director, Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, stated that the 2025 performance reflects the strength of the company’s business fundamentals and serves as a foundation for the next growth phase. He emphasised the company’s commitment to balancing shareholder value creation through consistent dividends with investment for future growth and a transformation towards becoming a Next-Generation Tower Company.
As the need for digital connectivity increases, Mitratel continues to strengthen its role by developing telecommunication towers, fibre optic networks, and various value-added digital infrastructure services. The RUPST also approved an expansion of business activities, including the development of Power-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions, laying the foundation for more integrated digital infrastructure and energy solutions. The shareholders also approved changes to the Board of Directors, appointing Noorhayati Candrasuci as the new Director of Investment, replacing Hendra Purnama.
