Missing items in Arimbi bus

From Media Indonesia

I have traveled on the route operated by the Arimbi bus
company from Bandung to Merak for over five years. However, I've
lost patience after my belongings have gone missing on the bus on
several occasions.

On March 23, 2002, I took Arimbi bus RG01, which left Bandung
at 8 p.m. I lost a blue bag containing some medicine and
accessories for my four-month-old baby, who is sick and really
needs these missing items.

Previously, on Dec. 17, 2001, I traveled on Arimbi bus RB13
from Merak to Bandung. I lost my Guy Laroche watch kept in my
black bag, which had been locked. I found it missing after I
noticed that my bag had been opened by force and its contents
were messed up.

Then, some time in 1997/1998, my Charles Jordan watch was
taken from my bag, which had been slit open by a razor.

I reported each of these thefts to the bus driver and
conductor. I even left my business card in the hope that I would
receive some information about my missing belongings. Yet, this
recent incident has made me furious and really disappointed as I
lost my baby's medicine and belongings, which I believe the
thieves did not need.

I hope the management of Arimbi bus company read this letter
and are willing to take some action over the incidents referred
to above.
