Missing Australian found dead

JAKARTA (JP): The body of Australian Sally Margaret Borgnis
who has been missing since setting-off on a lone boat ride in
Bali's north coast four days ago, was found in a decomposed state
on Friday evening with a 10-kilogram weight tied to her left-leg.

As reported by Antara, police continue to investigate the
death but have ruled out the possibility of an accident and
suspect either murder or suicide.

The vacationing 21-year-old on Monday rented a local
fisherman's boat at Lovina beach but refused to be accompanied as
she set out to sea.

Failing to return, local police later began a search and found
the empty boat afloat.

Borgnis' body is at the Denpasar Public Hospital's mortuary
awaiting the arrival of her family from Australia.(mds)
