Miss Indonesia 2024 finalist Claudia takes part in Career Corner at JFF 2026
Career Corner, organised by CT Corp, formed part of Jogja Finance Festival (JFF) 2026 at Jogja Expo Center (JEC) in Bantul. One participant testing her prospects was Claudia Florenza Lola Ananta, Miss Indonesia 2024 finalist. Claudia took part in a psychometric test at JEC on Saturday 23 May 2026. She explored a career path as a Production Assistant (PA) and a member of Trans TV’s creative team. ‘I’m Claudia Florenza Lola Ananta. I’m a Miss Indonesia 2024 finalist,’ she told detikJogja. ‘I joined Trans TV and chose to be in the creative team and a PA,’ said the new graduate from the Accounting Department at Sanata Dharma University. She prepared for the day by researching online and consulting friends. ‘I can search on Google or ask friends who are in psychology. My degree is in accounting, so I want to learn a lot from psychology,’ said the Miss Indonesia 2024 representative from Central Kalimantan. ‘Then I prepared for the questions by practising on my own. Today I can be more prepared to face CT Corp’s psychometric test,’ she added. As a Gen Z, Claudia wants to contribute new ideas to Trans TV, including brainstorming behind the scenes. ‘I was initially attracted to entering the creative and PA roles. As a Gen Z, we have more creative ideas, and we want to try new things, especially since we can brainstorm backstage,’ she explained. She, who often acts as a talent, also hopes to work at CT Corp and join the company. ‘I have also experienced being a talent and in that position, so I feel I could fit in and I hope to join the CT Corp team,’ she concluded. The recruitment series took place on Saturday morning, 23 May. Today marks the second day of Career Corner. Applicants sat on rows of chairs. The room was not noisy. Participants occasionally interacted with each other but looked serious. The hopeful workers used their devices to answer the questions, and the test being conducted was a psychometric test. Before answering, participants listened to instructions from staff. They answered example questions posed by staff. They then returned to their devices. Staff patrolled the room, monitoring the participants. Some staff helped those who struggled, explaining patiently.
