Management assures that all business activities remain in operation. “We ensure that the company’s operations run normally and that service delivery is not affected.” OJK conducted the raid on 4 March 2025. Citing an official authority statement, the investigators’ raid was conducted by OJK’s Investigation Team for the purpose of developing the investigation into suspected crimes in the capital market. The initial findings by investigators include the failure to report an affiliated recipient of a fixed allotment in the initial public offering (IPO). The second finding involves the submission of IPO fund usage reports that do not reflect the actual conditions. “Manipulation of these reports and information is suspected to involve the securities firm,” according to the official OJK statement, Wednesday, 4 March 2026. In addition, investigators found suspected dummy transactions involving related parties comprising seven corporate entities and 58 individual nominees. The dummy transactions were executed by six operators under the control of the suspect. The series of transactions is alleged to have caused the share price of one entity, PT BEBS, on the regular market to rise significantly by up to around 7,150 percent. The capital market crime, according to OJK, occurred between 2020 and 2022. Editor’s Pick: Who is the Ideal OJK Commissioner on the Board.
