Mirae Asset Securities opens free investment consultation for retail customers

Jakarta — PT Mirae Asset Securities Indonesia has introduced an Office Education Visit Campaign, offering free investment consultation services to new and existing customers at multiple branch offices from late February to early March 2026, to help the public embark on more directed financial planning.

“We want to provide a comfortable first experience for customers. Coming to a branch does not necessarily mean conducting transactions immediately, but rather discussing, sharing plans, and obtaining clear guidance without time constraints for consultation,” said Head of Retail Business Prisa Ngadianto in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.

He noted that many people already have financial plans but often postpone implementation because they feel uncertain about taking the initial steps in investment. Through a consultative approach, the company aims to lower initial barriers so prospective investors feel more confident in making decisions.

The series of activities begins on 27 February 2026 in Bali with a speaker from KIM Indonesia. The campaign continues on 28 February 2026 in Lebak Bulus with Insight Investment Management, and on 3 March 2026 in Semarang with a speaker from Sucor Asset Management.

In each session, customers can participate in discussions about current market conditions whilst consulting directly with Mirae Asset Securities’ Investment Specialists.

The company views the start of the year as the right moment to reassess fund allocation to ensure resources support both short-term needs and long-term financial objectives.

Through this programme, Mirae Asset Securities hopes to encourage more people to begin investing with strategies suited to their individual risk profiles and goals, guided from the very first step.
