Ministry of Youth and Sports Extends Registration Period for Open Selection of Deputy for Sports Industry Development
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) has extended the registration period for the open selection of a high-ranking position for the Deputy for Sports Industry Development. This extension is outlined in announcement number KP.01.04/2.25.1/PANSEL/II/2026 regarding the Extension of the Registration Period for the 2026 Open Selection of High-Ranking Positions at Kemenpora.
This extension aims to provide the widest possible opportunity for Indonesia’s best talents. Therefore, both civil servants (PNS) and non-civil servants still have the opportunity to participate in this open selection.
With this extension, the registration period via the online platform has been changed to 25th February to 3rd March 2026. Registration can be done through the website https://asnkarier.bkn.go.id
After the registration period closes, the Secretariat of the Selection Committee (Pansel) will conduct an administrative selection, which will take place over a period of three days, from 4th to 6th March 2026. The results of the administrative selection will be announced on 9th March 2026 through the website https://kemenpora.go.id/pengumuman and the website https://asnkarier.bkn.go.id/.
The selection process will then proceed to the managerial and socio-cultural competency assessments on 11th-13th March 2026 at the BKN Central Jakarta. The next stage is the writing of a paper on 31st March 2026, followed by a presentation and interview in front of the examiners on 7th and 8th April 2026.
The final results of the selection, including the name of the selected Deputy for Sports Industry Development, will be announced on 22nd April 2026 through the website https://kemenpora.go.id/pengumuman and the website https://asnkarier.bkn.go.id/.
“There will be no fees charged during this selection process. Participants are required to attend all stages of the open selection. If there are participants who do not attend one of the stages, they will be considered to have withdrawn,” explained a member of the Selection Committee, Susyanto, in his announcement.
The Selection Committee advises applicants to be cautious of any misuse by other irresponsible parties during the open selection process. All transportation, accommodation, and administrative costs incurred by the selection participants will be the responsibility of the participants.
“The decision of the selection committee is final and cannot be contested,” Susyanto emphasized.
