Ministry of Youth and Sports Extends Registration for Selection of Deputy for Sports Industry Development
The Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) has extended the registration period for the open selection process for the position of Deputy for Sports Industry Development. The policy is outlined in Announcement Number KP.01.04/2.25.1/PANSEL/II/2026 regarding the Extension of Registration for the Implementation of the Open Selection for High-Ranking (JPT) Madya Positions at Kemenpora in 2026. This step is taken to provide the widest possible opportunity for the best Indonesian talent.
Member of the Selection Committee (Pansel) for the JPT Deputy for Sports Industry Development, Susyanto, said that participants are required to participate in all stages of the open selection process.
“If there are participants who do not participate in one of the stages, they will be considered to have withdrawn,” he explained in a written statement received by Kompas.com, Wednesday (February 25, 2026).
Susyanto emphasized that the selection process does not involve any fees. However, transportation, accommodation, and administrative costs incurred by participants will be the responsibility of each participant.
“The decision of the selection committee is final and cannot be contested,” Susyanto said.
With the extension, the online registration period will take place from February 25 to March 3, 2026, through the asnkarier.bkn.go.id page.
After the registration period closes, the Kemenpora Pansel Secretariat will conduct an administrative selection from March 4-6, 2026.
The next stage is the selection of managerial and socio-cultural competencies, which will be held at the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Center, Jakarta, on March 11-13, 2026.
Participants will then participate in paper writing on March 31, 2026, as well as presentations and interviews in front of the assessment team on April 7-8, 2026.
The final results of the selection or the name of the selected Deputy for Sports Industry Development will be announced on April 22, 2026, through the official Kemenpora website and the asnkarier.bkn.go.id website.
