Based on monitoring using Mobile Positioning Data (MPD) over 17 days, the total number of people movements reached 147.55 million. Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi stated that this figure exceeded the initial projection calculated through surveys. βThe number of people travelling is 147.55 million. The increase in mobility is also reflected in the number of public transport users. The highest surge occurred in ferry services, reaching 15.36 percent. From the perspective of private vehicles, he said the outflow from the Jabodetabek region was dominated by movements towards the east of Java Island. Dudy continued that 50 percent of private vehicles leaving Jabodetabek moved towards Central Java and East Java. Meanwhile, vehicles heading west, such as to West Java, Banten, and Sumatra, accounted for 22 percent.
