Ministry of Transport Reopens Free Mudik Homecoming Travel Registration for 2026 Today: Check Schedule, Routes and Registration Procedures

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenhub RI), through the Directorate General of Land Transport (Ditjen Hubdat), has reopened registration for free mudik travel in 2026.

This time, 308 quota tickets are available for free mudik using land transport modes comprising buses, with registration opening today, Friday, 13 March 2026 at 2:00 PM WIB.

“Following recapitulation and data accumulation from previous applicants, an additional 308 mudik quota will be reopened with route details that you can see in this post,” explained the official Instagram account @ditjen_hubdat on Friday (13/3/2026).

“So for those of you who have not yet obtained mudik tickets, do not miss out. Set your alarms and get ready for the ticket rush!,” it stated.

The available routes include departures from Kampung Rambutan Terminal. Return journey services are available exclusively for participants who have obtained outbound free mudik tickets. Additionally, free motorcycle transportation is available to designated homecoming destinations.
