The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has stated that prospective students for the Integrated National School (SNT) are enthusiastically participating in the various stages of the New Student Admission System (SPMB) as they prepare for a new and improved learning experience.

In a written statement in Jakarta on Friday, the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Abdul Mu’ti, noted that the introduction of the SNT programme is one of the efforts to expand access to quality education in various regions.

Sabrina Mutiara Saputri, a prospective SNT student from Bogor Regency, expressed her desire to gain a better learning experience in a school that offers high quality and excellent facilities. She learned about the SNT through the Ministry’s social media channels. During her preparation, she practised various models of logic, numeracy, and problem-solving questions, leaving her optimistic about her performance during the test.

Another prospective student, Paramitha Putri R, shared similar sentiments. She noted that the Scholastic Test served as an experience to help her recognise her own abilities, identifying both her strengths and areas for improvement. Beyond seeking a better learning environment, Paramitha hopes to make her parents proud by securing a place in the SNT.

“As I understand it, SNT is a new government programme designed to create a more brilliant future and foster a golden generation,” said Paramitha. She believes the SNT offers an engaging learning environment with various supporting facilities.

Another student, Rico, expressed hope that the new curriculum would allow for greater knowledge acquisition and increased enthusiasm for learning. The Scholastic Test is one of the key stages in the New Student Admission System for the 2026/2027 academic year.
