Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Population and Family Development (Kemendukbangga)/BKKBN welcomes the administrative service via WhatsApp provided by BPJS Kesehatan, known as Pandawa 24 Jam, to accelerate public access to National Health Insurance (JKN) information.

Deputy Head of Kemendukbangga/Deputy Head of BKKBN, Ratu Ayu Isyana Bagoes Oka, emphasised that digital-based public service innovations are a crucial part of supporting improvements in human resource quality amid the demographic bonus momentum.

“This is not merely a service innovation, but also a reflection of our commitment to addressing the increasingly dynamic, rapid, and digital-based needs of society,” said Isyana during the launch of the Pandawa 24 Jam service at the BPJS Kesehatan office in Jakarta on Wednesday.

According to her, the presence of the Pandawa 24 Jam service provides a concrete solution to various barriers in accessing health administrative services that the public has faced so far. This digital innovation represents a breakthrough in delivering easy, quick, and round-the-clock access to JKN administrative services for the public.

Isyana also stressed the importance of health service access from the perspective of population development, which aligns with the national development vision.

She added that digital transformation like Pandawa also plays a role in strengthening demographic resilience. Moreover, the service not only brings administrative convenience but also contributes to reducing healthcare access disparities and increasing public trust in the national health insurance system.

“The Pandawa programme shows that the state is present not only during working hours, but 24 hours a day for its citizens,” she stated.

Isyana also expressed appreciation for the cross-ministerial and institutional synergy in delivering public service innovations that directly impact society.

“Pandawa by BPJS Kesehatan is clear evidence that collaboration across ministries and institutions can produce breakthroughs that directly benefit society,” she said.

“Parallely, collaborative programmes are also being implemented to expand the reach of integrated services, thus involving synergy with various stakeholders in its implementation,” said the man familiarly known as Pujo.
