Ministry of PANRB Opens National Internship Programme 2026 for New Graduates

The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) is offering opportunities for recent graduates to join the 2026 National Internship Programme. A total of 76 interns will be accepted to gain work experience and develop competencies within the ministry. Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB Reni Suzana stated that the programme is designed to provide a learning space and work experience for young talent, preparing them for an increasingly dynamic job market while introducing them to a government work environment. Registration is open from 16 to 28 July 2026, with the selection process taking place from 29 July to 5 August 2026. The programme is open to diploma and bachelor’s degree graduates who completed their studies within the last year, based on the Higher Education Database (PDDIKTI) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology. Participants will receive benefits including a monthly allowance equivalent to the Jakarta provincial minimum wage (UMR), employment social security covering work accident insurance (JKK) and death insurance (JKM), mentorship, an internship certificate, and a BNSP competency certification. Available positions include Cooperation Analyst, Archives Team, Legal Services, Data Analyst, Computer Specialist, Policy Analyst, Data and Information Processing, and Financial Manager.
