Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries assists fishery businesses affected by disasters in West Sumatra

The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), alongside the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Acceleration Task Force (PRR) for West Sumatra Province, is accelerating and ensuring the operationalisation of aquaculture, fishing, and fish processing following the hydrometeorological disasters that occurred in late November last year. To this end, the KKP is providing initial assistance in the form of fish seeds, feed, and excavators to fishery businesses affected by the disasters in Padang City, Padang Pariaman Regency, Solok Regency, and Agam Regency.
