The Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) has recorded 1,590 complaints related to the Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) holiday allowance this year. This number is almost the same as the reports from the previous year.

“From the THR posko that we received, the number of reports from 2026-2025 is almost the same, around 1,500 reports becoming complaints. Precisely this year, 1,590,” said Minister of Manpower Yassierli during a working meeting with Commission IX of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) on Thursday (9/4).

He explained that the reports were received through the Kemenaker THR complaint channel. They are then distributed to the relevant agencies for follow-up.

The reports are then followed up by supervisors through processes including summons and investigations.

Of the thousands of complaints, around 506 have already been resolved. There are companies that subsequently paid THR to their employees.

“506 complaints have been completed. These have been closed, and some that had not paid then paid, some paid partially, like last week we conducted a raid in Semarang Regency, there was still one company short by about 10 to 15 percent, and the next day it was paid,” he said.

Yassierli stated that the regions with the highest number of complaints came from DKI Jakarta and West Java, with a total of nearly 1,000 reports.

“Then Banten 200, Central Java, East Java each 150 complaints,” he said.
