JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The online transportation platform, inDrive, plans to provide Eid bonuses to its driver partners.

The Country Manager of inDrive Indonesia, Rio Aristo, said that the Eid bonus is an annual initiative for drivers with specific performance qualifications.

“Thematic programs such as the Eid bonus are part of our ongoing commitment,” said Rio in Jakarta, Wednesday (February 25, 2026).

“We hope that the programs implemented can provide real benefits and continue to run sustainably,” he added.

He said that during the Ramadan program, incentive schemes in the form of personal goals or individual bonuses for partners are generally provided in the form of points that can be collected and exchanged through the application.

“The criteria for obtaining these personal goals are not uniform, but can vary between one partner and another, adjusted to the performance and schemes set in the current period,” he said.

“The amount of the bonus and the requirements can also change over time,” he added.

He said that all information related to personal targets and bonuses that can be obtained during Ramadan can be monitored directly through the application.

Thus, partners can monitor their achievements transparently while also knowing the available incentive opportunities in each program period.

He explained that they have communicated and discussed intensively with the government.

This discussion is not just a discourse, but has entered a more serious and structured stage.

In the near future, they will also hold another meeting to further deepen the discussion.

Several points discussed include the activity system and the formulation of the Eid bonus calculation, including the mechanisms and schemes that are considered most fair for partners.
