Ministry of Law provides 470 legal services through PASTI at AHU Festival
The Ministry of Law is now providing 470 legal services digitally through the PASTI application at the AHU Impact Services Festival 2026 in Bandung, West Java.
“There are now 470 legal services from the Ministry of Law that can be accessed through the ‘PASTI’ super app. Ladies and gentlemen no longer need to come to the Ministry of Law in Jakarta or to the Ministry of Law in West Java,” said Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas in a statement received in Jakarta on Sunday.
Supratman made the remarks while opening the AHU Impact Services Festival 2026 in Bandung, West Java, on Saturday (29/8).
The digital services allow the public to access various legal services without having to visit the Ministry of Law offices in Jakarta or regional offices in person.
The digital transformation is part of the Ministry of Law’s efforts to change the pattern of access to legal services from a system that previously required the public to come to government offices to services that can be accessed digitally.
“President Prabowo Subianto wants bureaucracy and services not to limit the distance between the servants and those being served,” he said.
The AHU Impact Services Festival 2026 runs until Monday (31/8) and serves as a space for direct interaction between the public and legal administration service officers while introducing the transformation of services from manual to digital systems.
Supratman said the event is an effort by the Ministry of Law to be proactive in ensuring the public understands the services and can access them easily.
He also stressed that the service transformation must be accompanied by a change in the mindset of Ministry of Law officials so that they position themselves as public servants.
The festival presents information and consultations on individual companies, apostille and legalisation, notarial services, fiduciary services, and a number of other legal services.
Meanwhile, Director General of General Legal Administration Widodo said the festival is not merely a service exhibition, but also a space for the public to convey their legal needs and the problems they face.
“We are making this festival a space for direct interaction with the public. They can see the services, consult, and understand how to obtain AHU services according to their needs,” said Widodo.
Widodo said members of the public began arriving since the services opened at around 10.00 WIB to consult and handle various legal service needs.
“We invite the public to continue coming, visiting, consulting, submitting service requests, and we will also find various existing solutions,” he said.
The next agenda includes discussions on fiduciary services, notarial services, limited liability companies, citizenship, associations and foundations, as well as the PASTI Ada Solusi Special Edition programme.
Widodo said the success of services is ultimately not measured by the number of activities held, but by the benefits received by the public.
“Ultimately, the measure of service success is the benefit received by the public,” he said.
