Jakarta — The Ministry of Labour (Kemnaker) has begun offering complaint services at the Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) and Religious Holiday Bonus (BHR) assistance posts for 2026.

“As we announced previously, the THR and BHR posts have two services: consultation and complaint services. As of today, we have opened the complaint service,” said Labour Minister Yassierli in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.

The THR and BHR posts were opened on 2 March 2026. Since their launch, Kemnaker has received 1,134 consultations.

The Minister explained that the consultation service addresses questions about THR and BHR rights, including eligibility, calculation methods, and issues in special circumstances such as termination of employment.

Through the complaint service, workers can report various issues with THR payments, including unpaid allowances or allowances paid in instalments.

“Every complaint received will be immediately followed up by labour inspectors on duty at the post daily. We hope that people experiencing difficulties with THR or BHR payments will file complaints at the post,” Yassierli said.

According to daily reports from the THR and BHR posts on Thursday 12 March, there were 306 online THR consultations, 100 online BHR consultations, 1 face-to-face THR consultation, 0 face-to-face BHR consultations, and 7 consultations through the help centre. The total for that day reached 414 consultations.

From 2 to 12 March, cumulative totals included 673 online THR consultations, 382 online BHR consultations, 10 face-to-face THR consultations, 1 face-to-face BHR consultation, and 68 consultations through the help centre. The total consultations during this period reached 1,134.

“Kemnaker has provided online consultation and complaint access through the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id and WhatsApp Chat service at 081280001112,” the Minister said.

“We hope this access makes it easier for all workers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, and online couriers to utilise the post services without having to visit in person,” he added.
