The West Sumatra Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Kemenhaj) will distribute Nusuk Cards to prospective Hajj pilgrims from the province and Bengkulu at the Padang Hajj Embarkation through an integrated one-stop service. “For the Nusuk Cards, insha’Allah they will be distributed at the Hajj Dormitory, specifically at the one-stop service,” said the Head of Kanwil Kemenhaj West Sumatra, M Rifki, on Saturday (18/4/2026). This was stated by M Rifki regarding the readiness of the Padang Hajj Embarkation to depart prospective Hajj pilgrims from West Sumatra and Bengkulu Province, who will start entering the local Hajj dormitory on 23 April 2026. M Rifki explained that by distributing the Nusuk Cards at the Hajj dormitory, it is estimated to take about one minute for each prospective Hajj pilgrim. This means there will be an additional queuing time for handing over the Nusuk Cards of around 6 hours and 33 minutes for the first flight group (kloter) consisting of 393 people. To smooth the Nusuk Card distribution mechanism, Kanwil Kemenhaj West Sumatra will socialise it on Monday (20/4/2026). In addition, Kanwil Kemenhaj will also hand over passports, living costs, identification bracelets, and others at the one-stop service.
