JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah states that the operations for organising the 2026 Hajj pilgrimage have run smoothly and orderly up to the 20th day.

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ichsan Marsha, said that all Indonesian Hajj services, from the departure process and arrival of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia to accommodation and health services, continue to operate under the supervision of officials.

“Overall, all Indonesian Hajj services are running smoothly, orderly, and continue to be under the supervision of officials,” Ichsan stated during a press conference on Sunday (10/5/2026).

In addition, the movement of pilgrims from Mecca to Madinah is also proceeding gradually.

A total of 267 batches with 103,731 pilgrims have arrived in Madinah.

Meanwhile, 204 batches with 78,946 pilgrims are moving gradually from Mecca to Madinah.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah ensures that transportation, meals, health, and pilgrim guidance services continue to be monitored during the Hajj operational period.
