Jakarta — The Ministry of Finance has disclosed that it has channelled Rp147.7 trillion in regional transfers (TKD) by February 2026, from the total TKD allocation of Rp693 trillion. This was stated by Deputy Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara during a press conference on the APBN KITA (Our State Budget) Edition for March 2026 on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
“The disbursement of Rp147.7 trillion is primarily for payment of regional civil servant salaries, school operational assistance reaching 42.3 million students receiving school operational grants (BOS), and 5.8 million early childhood education (PAUD) beneficiaries. January disbursements were driven by revenue-sharing funds (DBH), general allocation funds (DAU), and non-physical special allocation funds (DAK),” Suahasil said.
Suahasil also announced additional TKD allocations for disaster-affected regions, namely North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and Aceh. The additional TKD allocation totals Rp10.65 trillion. This additional transfer is distributed in three phases: phase I amounting to Rp4.39 trillion, phase II equivalent to 30% for disbursement in March, and phase III for disbursement in April.
“For Aceh, the disbursement is Rp7.17 trillion or 25% of its allocation. West Sumatra has received Rp19.63 trillion or 26%, and North Sumatra has received Rp10.74 trillion or 26%,” Suahasil stated.
