Ministry of Finance: Funds for first KDKMP instalment ready
The budget has already been prepared.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Finance has stated that the government has prepared funds to pay the first instalment of the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative (KDKMP) financing from PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara to the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara).
“The budget has already been prepared,” said the Acting Director General of Fiscal Balance at the Ministry of Finance, Nufransa Wira Sakti, during the September 2026 State Budget (APBN) press conference at the Ministry of Finance Office in Jakarta on Friday.
Nufransa noted that the payment of the first KDKMP instalment is still awaiting invoices from Himbara.
“Up to this point, we have not received invoices from Himbara. Therefore, we cannot process the payment yet,” said Nufransa.
Regarding the first instalment payment, Nufraskan stated that the Ministry is ready to cooperate with relevant ministries and agencies to ensure transparency and accountability in the payment process.
“We are constantly working with relevant ministries and agencies, so that when the payment occurs, transparency and accountability will be maintained,” Nufransa added.
According to data from the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative Management Information System (Simkopdes) as of 17 September 2026, 25,113 cooperatives have completed the physical construction of buildings and outlets.
From that number, the Ministry of Cooperatives noted that 17,288 KDKMPs are ready to undergo the verification and validation process.
The results of the verification and validation will subsequently be reviewed by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) before the buildings are handed over to the villages and the government proceeds with the instalment payments to Himbara banks.
Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, during his tenure as Minister of Finance, previously stated that the government would prepare funds amounting to Rp40 trillion for the first KDKMP instalment due in September 2026.
