Ministry of Defence Forges Cyber Security Cooperation with Finland

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Ministry of Defence is seeking to build cooperation in the field of cyber security systems and data protection with the government of Finland. This effort to establish cooperation occurred when Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin received a visit from the Finnish Ambassador to Indonesia, H.E. Pekka Kaihilahti, at the Ministry of Defence office in Central Jakarta on Tuesday. According to Sjafrie, cooperation in the field of cyber defence is highly feasible with Finland because the country possesses advanced technology. He expressed hope that the bilateral relationship will grow warmer, enabling further cooperation.
