Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs Seeks Public Input on Telecommunications Regulations

The Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs (Kemkomdigi) is providing an opportunity for the public to submit input regarding the Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 01/PER/M.KOMINFO/01/2010 on the Operation of Telecommunications Networks and Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 13 of 2019 on the Operation of Telecommunications Services. According to a ministry press release in Jakarta on Tuesday, a public consultation concerning the analysis and evaluation matrices of the two ministerial regulations has been opened. Citizens can submit input and feedback on the two regulations to the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure via electronic mail to cahy003@komdigi.go.id and khri001@komdigi.go.id until 4 August 2026. In accordance with the provisions on guidelines for implementing the Legal Reform Index (IRH) assessment, ministries and agencies are required to publish the results of the analysis and evaluation of statutory regulations for the IRH assessment.
